Embracing Transformation: Navigating Eclipse Season
Date: 24th Oct 2023
The current eclipse season has thrown numerous challenges, pushing limits and demanding profound introspection. However, amidst the turmoil, it has also provided ample opportunities for growth and self-improvement. As we continue to navigate this season, it is vital to understand the lessons it brings and embrace the transformative power it offers.
From a physical standpoint, this eclipse season has demanded that we listen to our bodies. Rest has become a necessity, as even a full night’s sleep no longer feels sufficient. Ignoring this need for rest often results in sickness, forcing us to comply. Presenting a clear message: prioritise self-care over the constant need to be productive. The universe calls for us to release the need to overwork and instead focus on taking care of ourselves.
Emotionally, this season has been a whirlwind. Shadows that needed to be addressed have risen to the surface. For me, these included areas of insecurity, self-sabotaging behaviours and exposing limiting beliefs. Facing them has been painful. However, these experiences are crucial for personal growth. The weight of these emotional challenges eventually culminated in a release through the flow of tears, leading to relief and breakthroughs. Through this process, valuable insights and clarity emerged, allowing for a brighter outlook and visions for the future.
The eclipse season has a way of slowing us down and redirecting our focus inward. In my case, this manifested as crippling stagnation in my outer world. Taking heed of this spiritual resistance resulted in surrendering, letting go of the need to control and instead focusing efforts inwards. This provided the opportunity to become aware of the clarity and profound downloads that have become more frequent, including vivid dreams which offered guidance and messages. One of the most significant revelations during this time has been the importance of self-love. The power to find peace externally lies within us and it starts by cultivating a deep love and compassion for ourselves. Healing our inner world ultimately leads to harmony in our external reality.
(Ubuntu is a Southern African philosophy that places emphasis on harmony and humanity towards others. Understanding that as individual spirits we are connected to the entire universe and our actions have an impact, therefore striving towards higher virtues that benefit the collective society.)
These eclipses not only bring personal transformations but also affect the global scale, which can leave us feeling disconnected from our internal sense of power. However, it is during these moments that we can utilise this time to work on ourselves, confront our inner chaos, and listen to our inner voice. By doing so, we possess the ability to make profound changes, not just within ourselves but also for the world as a whole.
In alignment with the transformative energy of the partial lunar eclipse on Sat 28th October, a special Release and Transmute session will be offered for free this month. This session aims to assist individuals in embracing the transformative power of the eclipse season, enabling them to release and transmute energies that no longer serve their highest good. As we journey through this eclipse season, it is essential to embrace the opportunities for growth and self-improvement that it presents. By taking the necessary time for self-care, embracing our emotions, and cultivating self-love, we can make significant strides towards personal transformation. With our growth, we can help create a better world for ourselves and future generations. Let us navigate this season with the spirit of Ubuntu, creating profound change within and around us!
